Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the MAG Judges Assembly Committee will be held on Saturday, 19 November 2022.

When: 5.00 pm Saturday, 19 November 2022

Where: The meeting will be held via Zoom.  Meeting log in details will be provided upon delegate registration.

ELIGIBILITY:

Only judges which hold a current Gymnastics Australia technical membership and who have paid their GNSW Judges Assembly affiliation of the MAG Judges Assembly are eligible to vote at the Judges Assembly Committee Annual General Meeting.

MAG Judges are required to register their attendance for the AGM HERE  and this is due by 5.00pm Thursday 17th November.

 

POSTAL VOTING FORM:

Postal Voting forms must be completed using the Online Postal Voting Form  and submit the form to the office no later than 5.00 pm Thursday 17th November.
